As usual, the Seabrook Island Club (SIC) and Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA) hold their annual meetings providing the results of the annual elections on the Saturday of Presidents’ Day Weekend. Please mark your calendar for February 16, 2019, and plan to attend.
Election materials for both the SIC and SIPOA elections have been sent to members and property owners either via e-mail or USPS. Please note that biographic/position statements by the candidates for the SIPOA Board of Directors and Nominating Committee can be found in a dropdown list on the top of the Tidelines homepage (click here).
The results of the SIC and SIPOA voting will be announced at these annual meetings. Please make sure you vote in these elections to ensure a quorum is met.
Votes for the SIPOA election will be accepted until 8:00 am on February 16, 2019, but the Election Committee strongly prefers that votes be submitted well in advance of the meeting so they can tally the votes beforehand. As an incentive to vote early, every property owner whose vote is received by 4:00 pm on February 1, 2019, will be entered to win one of five $100 Visa Gift Cards! Every property owner whose vote is received by 4:00 pm on February 8, 2019, will be entered to win one of five $50 Visa Gift Cards.
