Turtle Patrol Kick Off Meeting and New Member Orientation April 2

Turtle Patrol Banner Plain

It’s Turtle Patrol time again!! The next Turtle Patrol season is just around the corner and the Patrol’s leadership team is busy planning and organizing for 2020. Last year’s record 90 nests, 10,000 eggs and 7,000 hatchlings kept the 150 Patrol members busy. But we’re all hoping for more in 2020.

The 2020 Turtle Patrol Season will begin with the New Member Orientation and Kick-Off Meeting on Thursday, April 2 at the Lake House. The New Member Orientation will be held in the Osprey II conference room at 6:00 pm and the Kick-Off Meeting will be held in the Live Oak Hall at 7:00 pm. The New Member Orientation provides an overview of the Seabrook Island Turtle Patrol volunteer opportunities and the Kick-Off Meeting provides information on changes for 2020 and the opportunity to schedule beach walking days and order/pay for Turtle Patrol T-shirts and hats.

Volunteer Opportunities
As always, there are many opportunities to volunteer. Here are some of them along with the contact person if you have any questions:

We look forward to a great 2020 season!
