Both MUSC and Roper St. Francis Hospitals offer healthcare through online virtual health care programs for a wide variety of health complaints. They have recently added virtual screening for COVID-19, which is free. To access these programs, you must have Internet access (a home computer, a tablet, or a smartphone) to sign up in order to consult with a healthcare professional.
The symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, coughing, and shortness of breath. Please remember, if you believe you have contracted COVID-19 you should not go directly to your healthcare provider’s office or the hospital. Call in advance to get instructions so that they are prepared for your arrival and can reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
