Bohicket Marina & Market has recently been acquired by locally owned and operated Bohicket Creek Investors LLC, led by principal and managing partner Mike Shuler.
Shuler is manager and principal investor of 32 North, a Charleston-based private investment firm specializing in acquisition, development, and management of core commercial real estate assets, including vertical integration of operating businesses. Strategic partner subsidiaries include Colony Commercial Real Estate and King Street Hospitality Group.
When asked about the new acquisition, Shuler stated that “having spent our formative years between the beaches of Camp St. Christopher and the shores of Bohicket Creek, we are intimately familiar with the unique opportunity we have, as well as the inherent responsibility to maintain Bohicket as a place that is deserving of the natural beauty of its surroundings.
