The Charleston County Planning Commission has announced a workshop concerning a pending request for rezoning property adjacent to Freshfields Village (proposed development referred to as Andell West to include new grocery store). The workshop is scheduled for 1:00 pm on July 11, 2022 at the Charleston County Council Chambers (Lonnie Hamilton, III Public Services Building, 4045 Bridgeview Drive, North Charleston, 29405). No votes will be taken at the workshop.
Members of the public may submit written comments via email: CCPC@charlestoncounty.org or via mail to Zoning and Planning Department, 4045 Bridgeview Drive, North Charleston 29405. Written public comments received by July 8, 2022 will be distributed to members of the Planning Commission. The workshop will be livestreamed on the Charleston County Government website: https://www.charlestoncounty.org/departments/county-council/cctv.php
