SIPOA held its inaugural luau on June 30, 2022, at The Lake House, complete with a pig roast, fresh Hawaiian fruit, Mai Tais, and leis for all.
Planned to be an annual affair, the event focused on welcoming owners new to Seabrook since 2020. Over 150 attended, enjoying the opportunity to meet other newcomers and learn more about this magical place we call home. Todd Lighthouse said, “It was great to see so many neighbors engaging and enjoying one another’s company.”
Susan and Glenn Soden noted, “Having bought on the island in 2020, our opportunities to connect with other new property owners were limited. The SIPOA luau event brought new owners together in a creative and entertaining way. Our thanks to John Sesody, Nic Porter, Jamie Mixson, and The Lake House crew for a wonderful event.”
Susan Alfiero-Bavasso noted, “It was great to see people connecting over common interests such as golf and pets.”
It was a great opportunity to meet new friends and learn about all that Seabrook has to offer.
