We will view a TED Talk entitled “How Your Memory Works and Why Forgetting is Totally OK” by noted Neuroscientist Lisa Genova. Lisa provides reassurance that forgetting is totally normal and offers suggestions for ways to improve brain health. In addition, Sara Perry from Respite Care Charleston will lead a discussion and share strategies for dealing with dementia.
