2022 SIPOA Property Owner Survey

The 2022 SIPOA Property Owner Survey was emailed to all primary contacts we have in our database on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. The email was sent from hpaton@sipoa.org via SurveyMonkey member@surveymonkeyuser.com.

SIPOA offers Property Owners the ability to submit questions / comments for our Board of Directors throughout the year via publiccomment@sipoa.org. SIPOA also uses a structured bi-annual survey to gain insight and feedback from all Property Owners. This year’s web-based survey is organized within the following key areas for your feedback:

  • SIPOA Administration
  • SIPOA Activities & Amenities
  • Long-Rang Planning – Facilities
  • Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
  • SIPOA Communications
  • Seabrook Island Environment & Sustainability
  • Gate Access & Rules Enforcement
  • Volunteerism
  • Your Property / Properties
  • Owner(s) Demographics
  • An Open-Ended Question: If you could make only one improvement on Seabrook Island that would have a significant and positive impact on our “quality of life”, what would that be? (Limited to 150 words)

Property Owner survey responses are taken very seriously, and the analysis and summary of this feedback is a critical element in the development of SIPOA’s short-term, medium-term and long-range plans. As such, it is very important to the SIPOA Staff, Committee Members, and Board to obtain the maximum participation of all Property Owners in completing the survey.

It is not like a survey you might be asked to complete after making an online purchase. This one asks for, and really requires, careful thought and consideration (especially the open-ended question).

Please take the time to complete the survey and submit it online, on or before November 18, 2022. Up to two members of each Property Owner household may submit a response to the survey. Please be sure to click DONE at the end of the survey or your answers will not be collected.

If a second member of the household would like to complete the survey, a link is provided in the “Community News” section of GateAccess.netRemember, links do not work on the app, and you must log into the GateAccess website for the survey link. If you do not have your login information, please email receptionist@sipoa.org.

Thanks to our SIPOA Committees – volunteers all – and to the SIPOA Staff for their hard work in putting this survey together in such an effective and professional manner. Thanks as well to all Property Owners for your participation in this very important element of the SIPOA planning process.

IMPORTANT!

Some sections in the survey are noted to answer questions only once per household.
