A SIPOA email was hacked, and the following email was sent unknowingly this afternoon.
If you receive the following email from kriedmayer@sipoa.org with the subject line: Statement, DO NOT OPEN!
Our firewall is secure. This spam originated from a trusted vendor, and is currently spreading around the Charleston area. It is used to hack into your contact list, and will send all of your contacts the same email with your signature. If you have opened the email or submitted any information, please contact your local IT company and have them delete the virus file from your device.
