Gate House Asphalt Repair Tuesday, Apr 18
Repairs are planned for a damaged section of asphalt adjacent to the Gate House. The repairs are scheduled to take place in the morning on Tuesday, April 18 starting at 6:30 am. A section of asphalt will be milled and repaved.
Lane closures will be required, but traffic to and from the island will be maintained by shifting outbound traffic to an inbound lane. The work should take a few hours to complete. Traffic will be returned to normal as soon as possible.
Bike Path Repaving Update
The bike path repaving project started this week. The contractor has milled the asphalt and will return on Monday, April 17 to repave the bike path.
The bike path is closed and will remain closed until the paving has been completed. Signs and barricades are in place. Please do not ride bikes around the barricades or walk around the barricades. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
