Cornhole Clash A Smashing Success

Seabrook Island Village-Neighbors Helping Neighbor’s (SIV) fourth annual Cornhole Clash was held on Saturday, April 15. It was a picture perfect day and a good time was had by all. Thank you to the Seabrook Island community for your enthusiastic support of this event, which is SIV’s major annual fundraiser for their member services.

This year we had four categories of participants. Congratulations to our champions!

  • Women’s team: Karen Stout and Debbie Mott
  • Men’s team: David Ogle and Ryan Wiona
  • Mixed team: Gary and Jenny Brown
  • Youth team: Rivers and Stone Barrett

Our sincere thanks to:

  • Our dedicated crew of volunteers
  • Nic Porter and Jamie Mixson and The Lake House staff for their support and help in setting up and taking down all the equipment for this event
  • The Seabrook Island Club for providing sandwiches and cookies for all to enjoy
  • Our generous sponsors and all those who donated their time and money to make this event a success.

Thank you for helping Seabrook Island Village-Neighbors Helping Neighbors fulfill its mission of helping people remain independent and active on Seabrook Island for as long as it is safe to do so. To learn more about SIV, click here. We look forward to seeing y’all again next year!
