All About Snakes – If you enjoyed coming out to our informational meeting about coyotes and alligators, we have another event coming up in August. Mark your calendars for Monday, August 5 for an informational meeting about living with snakes on Seabrook Island. It will be held at The Lake House in Live Oak Hall at 7:00 pm. SCDNR’s Andrew Gross, State Herpetologist and Certified Wildlife Biologist, will be the featured guest speaker.
TOSI is now accepting ATAX applications. The Town of Seabrook Island Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee is currently accepting applications for FY 2025 State Accommodations Tax (ATAX) funding. Interested applicants must submit a completed application to the Assistant Town Administrator by 12:00 noon on Monday, August 19, 2024. The ATAX Advisory Committee will consider funding requests during its upcoming meeting on August 26, 2024 at 10:00 am, at which time the committee will vote on funding recommendations to Town Council.
