We hope you enjoyed the holidays with family and friends! As we enter 2025, here is what you can look for regarding the next steps in the Master Planning process.
- The next major checkpoint will be on February 11. On that day, Kuo Diedrich Chi (KDC) will be on the island to share their initial thoughts and seek input and feedback. That meeting will involve the Master Plan project team, SIPOA, SIC, and TOSI leadership teams, as well as the Focus Group members.
- This timing will allow for the sharing of directional top-level concepts at the SIPOA and SIC Annual Meetings, which are a few days later. This work is part of Step 3 of the KDC process.
