Monday, January 20, 2025, is a state and federal holiday honoring the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On this day, we remember his contributions to the nation and his role in the civil rights movement.
The US Post Office will be closed and there will be no mail delivery on Monday. Most banks, as well as some schools, will also be closed. In addition, the following will be closed:
- Town of Seabrook Island offices will be closed all day on Monday, January 20.
- SIPOA offices will be closed all day on Monday, January 20. However, trash and recycling will still be picked up on Monday.
Post and Computer Center will remain open on Monday, January 20. Although FedEx and UPS will still be running, US mail will not be picked up or delivered.
Vincent’s Drug Store will remain open.
Harris Teeter will remain open.
