Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA) is replacing facility access hardware on Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, to integrate with the Seabrook Island Club NorthStar Software. This is the same app that will be used by Seabrook Island Club Members and Non-Club Member Property Owners. The full experience launches on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Lake House Access Schedule
- Monday, June 2: No before/after-hours access due to the installation of new entry readers.
- Tuesday, June 3: Before/after-hours access resumes.
- Wednesday, June 4: Normal access resumes using your QR code
Oyster Catcher Pool Access Schedule
- Tuesday, June 3: Entry readers will be replaced.
- Wednesday, June 4: Normal access resumes using your QR code
