
If you walk on the beach this Fourth of July weekend, look for some wonderful sand art. The sand castle above was created by Isaac Sunseri near Boardwalk 1 on Memorial Day, and he said he would return to build another one on Seabrook Island this weekend.
Independence Day is on Friday, July 4, and is designated as a federal and state holiday. This means most banks and federal offices will be closed.
The holiday hours for the July 4, 2025, holiday are as follows:
The Lake House will close at 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 3. Property Owners and Club Members with after-hours access will be able to enter the facility using their property owner or club member QR Codes. All Lake House Fitness Classes will be canceled on Thursday, July 3, Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5, due to the Fourth of July events.
SIPOA Offices will be closed all day on Friday, July 4. They will reopen Monday, July 7. Check sipoa.org for office hours. No Commercial Access from Friday, July 4- Saturday, July 5.
Town of Seabrook Island Offices will be closed on Friday, July 4 for the holiday. They will reopen on Monday, July 7, with normal hours. Check townofseabrook.org for office hours.
Vincent’s Pharmacy will be closed on Friday, July 4. They will reopen on Saturday, July 5, with normal hours.
Post and Computer Center will be closed on Friday, July 4, for the holiday. They will reopen on Saturday, July 5, with normal hours.
Harris Teeter will be open on Friday, July 4, with normal hours.
