Fall Shredding Event – The Town will host a shredding event on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Town Hall.
Beach Off-Peak Season– Beach patrol has now ended for the 2025 season (October 1). For a full list of beach rules, visit our website here. Off-Peak Season (October 1 – March 31): Pets may be off-leash at all times in the General Beach area, provided they remain effectively controlled while on the beach.
The Municipal Election is on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Early voting begins on Monday, October 20, 2025, and ends on Friday, October 31, 2025 (early voting locations are found here). Election Day voting will take place at the Lake House (2319 Seabrook Island Road) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.
