Have you ever wondered about the stories hidden in your family’s past? Photographs, documents, and memories passed down through generations are more than keepsakes, they are pieces of who we are.
The Genealogy Club at Seabrook-Kiawah Island invites you to explore, preserve, and celebrate your family’s legacy. We are a friendly, supportive group of individuals who share a passion for discovering and documenting the lives that came before us.
Whether you have a box of old photos, handwritten letters, or a folder of family tree notes, now is the perfect time to bring it all together. Perhaps you’ve taken a DNA test and want to understand what it reveals about your heritage or maybe you’re just beginning to trace your roots. No matter where you are on your journey, you’ll find guidance, resources, and encouragement with us.
We meet at the Lake House in Osprey 2 every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 1:30–3:30 pm. Meetings are also live-streamed via Zoom for your convenience. The club is open to property owners on Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, and Kiawah River Estates.

Come join us as we uncover the stories of our ancestors and preserve them for future generations. Together, we’ll turn fragments of history into a meaningful legacy.
