Kiawah Arts Council: New Venue and Reservation Process

The Kiawah Arts Council is excited to partner with Seafields to present our beloved Piano Bars and Art Film Series at their beautiful new facility on Kiawah Island. These events remain free and open to the public — however, because seating is limited, you must now reserve a free ticket in advance with KiawahArts online at Eventbrite. Moving forward, all reservations will need to be made online in the new format. No pre-existing reservations are being held for upcoming events.

Please do not contact Seafields about these events.

How to reserve your seat (it’s easy and free):

  • When reservations open (about one week before each event), we will share a QR code and a link to the Eventbrite page.
  • Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code on a poster.
  • Click here for Piano Bar and Film Series signups.
  • Select the event and click “Reserve a Spot”.
  • Enter your name and email address, and number of attendees in your party, then click “Register”.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. This means your seat is secured.

Please note:

  • You must reserve a ticket for each individual event you wish to attend.
  • Tickets are free, but your reservation helps us manage seating and send you reminders.
  • If your plans change, please return to Eventbrite and cancel your reservation so someone else can attend.
  • Reservations will close on the Friday before each event.
  • Parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged when possible.

If you have any questions or need help with your reservation, please contact Joan Collar (843) 224-9455 or Caroline Wall at cwall@kiawahisland.gov
