Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby provided that the Town of Seabrook Island will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 2:30 pm at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance.
Ordinance 2026-01
An ordinance amending the Town of Seabrook Island Development Standards Ordinance (DSO) to establish a Planned Development (PD) District and to update various development regulations, administrative procedures, and definitions.

The proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above or by visiting Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
