Each year in anticipation of the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, the Kiawah Arts Council collaborates with the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs to coordinate a “sneak-peek” concert that gives Sea Islands residents a taste of what Piccolo Spoleto has to offer!
