The Seabrook Island Garden Club begins its new 2026-2027 year with its first meeting on Friday, September 11 at 9:30 am at the Oyster Catcher Community Center.
The club has some new and exciting programs and activities for our current and new members. Here are just a few:
- On October 9, Pam Hricik from Always Abloom Company will give a talk on flower pressing.
- On October 14, a separate workshop will be held on flower pressing (for members only).
- On November 13, Jen Tyrell will give a talk on “Bird Friendly Backyards” and discuss yard/garden management practices.
Several other workshops and field trips are also planned and will be announced soon.
Meeting dues for the year are $30. Cash or check (payable to SI Garden Club) will be accepted until the deadline of October 31. Non-members are asked for a $5 donation when attending a meeting.
