Did you know that you can sign up to receive notification (e-mail or text message or both) every time your visitor picks up a pass at the security gate?
Here’s how….
When you submit a visitor request on-line, go to the SIPOA website and log in.
Next go to the drop down under the ‘Resources’ tab and click on ‘Visitor Passes’ at the bottom of the list. That takes you to the CapSure Community Home page.
Under ‘Quick Tasks’ on the left side of the home page, click on the ‘Schedule New Visitor’ which takes you to the ‘Edit Resident Profile’ screen.
At the top of the ‘Edit Resident Profile’ page, you’ll see a tab called ‘Visitor Notification’. Click it.
On the ‘Visitor Notification’ page you can add your e-mail address and mobile/cell phone number and carrier so that you receive a notification each time a visitor you’ve arranged for picks up a pass.
Once you’ve filled in the ‘Visitor Notification’ screen, you will receive notifications for all future visitors when they pick up a pass…you don’t have to do it every time you submit a visitor for a pass.
