I came back from the airport at 8:10 Sunday night. Work on Main RD had already started with detours, which were very poorly marked causing lines of auto’s missing the signs and having to make U turns….No flag men, even though traffic was stopped West bound while big equipment was being moved. Definitely not well marked for the night time drive….Delays both directions were at least 20 min…

This is unacceptable. Please make us aware before hand of any delays or change in time .
As tax payers we are intitled to proper notification, and execution of the work to be preformed, instead of being subjected to intolerable and imposed inconveniences.
