A note from Paddle Board Yoga Instructor, Allie Forbes…Allie Forbes
Hey y’all!
I’m so excited to be teaching out in Seabrook. I’ve been teaching yoga for 4 years and have been practicing ever since I was a little girl. My dad used yoga techniques on my brother and I as kids to help us through school, stress, life lessons, etc. I worked with my college football team, Valdosta State University, as their yoga coach and worked with all Citadel athletics to improve their strength and conditioning through yoga. I’m a Level 5 YogaFit instructor and look forward to continue my certifications.
Paddle board yoga is my favorite yoga to teach for several reasons. I love that this class is on the water! Not only are you more connected with nature, but you’re surrounded by it during class. Since there’s a higher chance of falling(into the water), the class is more fun and not so serious. Lastly, SUP yoga has so many health benefits! We’re not just talking longer and leaner muscles. The entire class your muscles are working to keep you stable which creates better balance on land. A stronger foundation sets up strength and prosperity.

Thank you,

Allie Forbes
