A circuit of the Island between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM (approximate high tide period) revealed minor flooding at Little Creek Road/Baywood Drive and Seabrook Island Road. The intersection is passable at low speed. Seabrook Island Parkway to Freshfields was normal.
There are strong sustained onshore winds along the beach front, but there was no evidence of downed branches or any damage in this circuit.
