Tropical Storm Julia has weakened to a tropical depression and has moved off the coast. Effects may linger into the weekend as it shows no strong movement out of the area at this time (7:30 AM September 15).
The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory until 9:00 AM, and a dangerous Rip Current Statement is in effect until 8:00 PM this evening.
A circuit of Seabrook Island Road and Seabrook Island Parkway revealed normal conditions at 7:30 AM.
