SLOW FLOW YOGA
Wednesdays* October 5th – November 16th * 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Join instructor, Natasha Stevens, for a new semi private series, Slow Flow Yoga at The Lake House.
Building on the basic sun salutes, this class takes out some of the momentum of classic vinyasa flow, to help build deeper muscular awareness and control.
Enjoy the challenge of balance poses, forward and back bends and hip openers.
This class is open to all levels.
This 7 week series begins Wednesday, October 5th and will runs until November 16th.
Cost for the series is $99. No drop-ins permitted. Class size is limited to 8 participants.
