“Roads were flooded in several places (almost waist deep at intersection of Seabrook Island Rd just in front of tennis courts early but is completely dry this morning) and trees down completely across Royal Pine and Seabrook Island Rd near Andel Way. Substantial debris–branches/leaves everywhere I ventured. One large oak down blocking half of Seabrook Island Rd near horse pasture. I did not get further back into Island due to water on each route I tried.”
