Oyster Catcher Community Center Gets a Facelift

oc-1 If you haven’t been to the Oyster Catcher Community Center lately, you’re missing out on seeing this oc3lovely gem!  As part of its 2016 capital investments, SIPOA recently updated & upgraded this facility, oc4oc5which had gotten quite tired over the years.

The Community Center now has new flooring, kitchen appliances & cabinets, a large wall-mounted TV and a pull-down projector screen.  In addition to getting a new coat of paint, wi-fi is also now available!

  1. Very nice! I would like to see the improvements. Another wonderful asset for property owners enjoy. Thank you Board for the maintaining to our assets. Next up I hope is the pool. An asset enjoyed by many loyal Seabrookers seeking relief from the crowds and boisterous fun of the larger more popular pool areas especially during the busy summer season.
