The 2016 Alan Fleming Senior Open Clay Court State Championship and National Mixed Doubles Gold Ball Championship Is Rescheduled for Nov 9-13.
Thursday evening player’s welcome party is RESCHEDULED and is open for all Seabrook residents.
Please join us for the Alan Fleming Senior Open Tennis Championships welcome party hosted in the Island House Atlantic Ballroom, Thursday November 10, 2016. The welcome party theme celebrates “Tennis in the South” featuring Heavy Hors D’oeuvres:
Watermelon Feta Salad, Veggie Cups and Dip, Fried Chicken Sandwiches, Mac N Cheese, Shrimp & Grits, Mini Chocolate Pecan Pies, Peach Cobbler Bars, Mini Red Velvet Cupcakes. Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks are Included.
There will be a raffle including great prizes to help benefit Respite Care of Charleston, this year’s tournament charitable beneficiary. Raffle tickets will be for sale at The Welcome Party, which is open to all.
Doors open at 6:00PM. Guest fee is $35 per person all inclusive. Please call the Racquet Club at 843-768-7548 for reservations.
Boats, Disney, Pro Tennis, Golf, Wine and More!!! Fabulous prizes will be available to win from the Pick-A- Prize Raffle held during the Alan Fleming Tournament, including:
-3 Month Dry Dockage for your boat at Bohicket Marina
-Rental of boat for a four hour ride
-Four tickets for a Disney World Day Hopper Pass
-Quarter Final box seats for six people at the Volvo Cars Open in Daniel Island in April
-Kiawah Golf package for four
The famous wagon of wine and beer
-Local restaurants certificates, Indigo Health Certificates (Chiro, Acupuncture, Massage and Stretch Therapy) as well as items from JMcLaughlin, Peyton William, Scout & Molly and Urban Nirvana
All will be raffled off on Friday, November 11th. Tickets can be purchased with cash/check, club charge, or credit card on Thursday and Friday, November 10th and 11th from 11am to 1 pm during the tournament at the Racquet Club. Winners need not be present to win. The cost of a raffle ticket is $20 or 6 for $100. All proceeds benefit Respite Care of Charleston.
