Lake House February Fitness Schedule

There are a few updates to the Fitness Schedule at the Lake House for February, 2017.

  • Tae Bo will be CANCELED this Saturday, February 4. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
  • Restorative Yoga Workshop will be Saturday, February 4 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.  Join Natasha Stevens and Ursel Harmon for this restorative yoga workshop.  Based on the teachings of Dr. Judith Hanson Lasater, this 2 hour class will move the body through a series of fully supported poses, gently moving the spine in all directions as well as placing the body in a supported inversion. Hot stones will be placed on the body in the first and last pose to deeply soothe and nourish. Space is limited.   • There is a time change for the Cardio Interval class on Tuesday. The new time is 9:00 am.  Join Susan Lozier for this “total package” class.
