Speaker at World Affairs Council Will Address Putin’s Russia

The World Affairs Council of Charleston will present an address by Dr. Stephen Crowley on Vladimir Putin’s Russia, on February 28, 6:00 pm, at Buyer Auditorium in Mark Clark Hall on the campus of The Citadel in Charleston. A reception including light refreshments will start at 5:15 pm.

stephen_crowley-1Crowley, a visiting Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute in Washington, is Professor and Chair of Russian and East European Studies at Oberlin College and the author of numerous publications. He will discuss what drives Putin and the parameters of U.S. relations with Russia, now and looking ahead.
