Reminder: Lake House Lecture on “Creation Through Casting”

The Lake House Lecture Series will present a presentation by sculptor Michael Ott on Creation Through Casting on Tuesday, February 21, at 5:30 pm at the Lake House. Mr. Ott will discuss the art foundry process and how clay originals are transformed into bronze sculptures, mold through patina.

Who should attend: Seabrookers who are interested in the art foundry process and how clay originals are transformed into bronze sculptures. The slide presentation begins with the inspirational concept of creating an idea from nature and takes the viewer through the entire process of how Ott Jones creates his sculptures in clay, with the help of live models.
