Mayor Summey and North Charleston City Council members invite you to don your creative cocktail attire and join them for a night of whimsy and wonder in celebration of the 35th Annual North Charleston Arts Fest. The celebration is presented in tandem with the North Charleston POP’s final concert of their 2016/17 season, Under the Big Top: Cirque de la Symphonie. Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and cocktails, swingin’ tunes by the Joe Clarke Swing Band, and acrobatic, aerial, and poi spinning vignettes by the talented artists of Circus Building Entertainment. Then, head to the Performing Arts Center for the concert, where the celebrated strongmen, breath-taking aerial duo, jugglers, magic acts, the German Wheel, and more will dazzle and amaze the audience set to a fantastic soundtrack provided by our amazing home-town orchestra.
