Save local kids from drowning by supporting WaterProof
Friday, October 13
Starts at 5:30pm
Join us at the Lake House, back porch and lawn to support WaterProof, a volunteer organization of Seabrook residents and friends who are teaching local children water safety as well as how to swim.
Bring your picnic, drinks, lawn chairs and enjoy Seabrook’s own newest classic rock band, “The Low Country Boilers” (Robert Bush, Terrell Bowers, Tom Merriam, Derek Fyfe, Tom Higgins and Joe Couri).
Suggested minimum donation of $10+ per person will help pay for bus rental to transport the kids from Edith L. Frierson and Mt. Zion elementary schools to the Boy Scout’s camp pool at Camp Ho Non Wa!
Your donations will also help pay for professional lifeguards, flotation devices, instructor training, and registration. If you’d like to donate but are unable to attend the concert, checks can be made out to WaterProof and dropped off at Derek Fyfe’s home at 1014 Marsh Point.
Sign up with WaterProof and become a swim teacher. Come join the fun and maybe save a life!
