Lisa Anderson is a retired teacher and is currently living on Seabrook Island. She has her RYT-200 Yoga Certification from Yoga Fit Training Systems and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She has 8 years of experience teaching yoga for strength and flexibility.
Lisa is an avid believer that yoga brings together the mind and body to help heal the soul and relieve chronic pain. One of the many things she has enjoyed doing is volunteering to help teachers reduce stress and anxiety through yoga. She is looking forward to helping others find the benefits of yoga that have been important in her own life.
Outside of her interest in yoga, Lisa enjoys kayaking and traveling with her husband, hiking, and staying active.
