What is Happening at The Lake House?

Lake House Indoor Pool Update

This week you probably noticed the large crane in the Lake House parking lot.  SIPOA has been working with our HVAC contractor, Cullum Mechanical, to replace the HVAC system for the indoor pool.  This is a very large unit that sits on the roof of the Lake House and required a crane for removal and placement of the new system.  The indoor pool has remained open this week, but you may have noticed the air in the room is not being conditioned and there is excessive humidity.  We plan to have the new system operating by next week and return the indoor pool to normal operation.  Thanks for your patience as we work to keep our facilities in great condition.

SIUC New Fee Schedule Effective February 1, 2020

Please be aware that effective February 1, 2020 SIUC Service Fees pertaining to Customer Accounts received a modest increase. This information was included on the reverse side of your January bill. The increases come after many years of consistent fees and are required to help offset rising service costs.

Many customers will not be affected by these increases. Auto Draft and Paperless Billing are two services offered to avoid late payments. If you would like to enroll in these payment options, please visit siuc.org or contact us at 843-868-0102 for assistance.

As always, we appreciate your patronage and support. Click here to see the new fee schedule.
