Many of us are using this stay at home time to clear our pantries and freezers. If you wonder whether something is still edible or safe to use, there are several sources you can consult. For instance, if you find a package of ground beef in your freezer from last summer, is it safe to eat? You may be surprised to learn it is… the flavor may have degraded but it will not harm you. Rather than hamburgers, use it in a casserole.
