Fitness During the Age of Coronavirus

Seabrookers really believe in exercising and keeping fit. Just think of all the classes residents take and how crowded The Lake House fitness center and pools are. But now you’re bored with taking walks. How many times can you walk your dog each day? and what if you don’t even have a dog?

Many of us learned that SIPOA has set up interval fitness training on The Lake House lawn that we can do (Thank you, Lake House staff!). However, if you’re not venturing out of the house or interval training doesn’t appeal to you, there are a number of online fitness classes you can take. Below are just a few.  You can easily search for additional classes. After all, it would be a shame to let this virus situation also be a reason to let your fitness routine go!

Planet Fitness has 3 fitness training videos on youtube called United We Move. They are free online ‘work-ins’ that you can do in the privacy of your home that you might want to try.  Click here.

Kids Workout 1 Beginners is a 15-minute workout available on youtube and offers a class for all ages, adults, teens, and kids. Click here.
