As your Water Resource Facility, the Seabrook Island Utility Commission continues to monitor the Coronavirus pandemic and is fully staffed and operational. We’ve taken extra safety measures to keep our staff safe and healthy so we can provide a critical service to you during this time.
This also means that meters will continue to be read, bills issued, and all account charges and fees applied as normal. In accordance with the request issued by Governor McMaster, SIUC has temporarily stopped all non-payment service disconnects. However, customers are strongly urged to pay their bills on time. Customer bills will not be absolved. Charges and late fees will still apply to your account. Please remember payments are due by the 25th of each month.
For our customers that aren’t home to receive their mail, our website at SIUC.org is available to check your balance or reprint your bill. You can also make payments or sign up for paperless billing on the website. If you need assistance with your account, please contact us: 843.768.0102 during business hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We greatly appreciate your continued support and wish you health while reminding you to wash your hands frequently!
