Rise and Shine Yin Yoga will be offered on Tuesdays at 7:45 am and will be part of the regular group fitness schedule.
Rise and Shine Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga class that entails deeper stretching with longer hold times to target deep connective tissue like fascia, ligaments, and joints within the body. In turn, the body experiences increased motion, flexibility, and blood circulation within tissues to revitalize and relieve stiffness. Focusing on breathing with longer hold times also allows space to clear the mind and enhance mental acuity.
