The Bohicket Half Marathon and 5K Run will be held once again this year on Saturday, November 20, 2021. The event is hosted by the Charleston Running Club with help from Bohicket Market and Marina and Kiawah-Seabrook Exchange Club. In addition, this year the Charleston Animal Society has joined hosting the run. Proceeds from the race benefit the Kiawah-Seabrook Exchange Club and the Charleston Animal Society.
The race starts at 8:00 am and the course runs through Seabrook Island.
If you would like to train for a half marathon, you have plenty of time to start. Search “training schedule for a half marathon” on the internet and you will find one that fits your timeframe.
The event will be held rain or shine. Packet Pick-Up will be on Thursday, November 18 from 11:00 am until 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet in Mt. Pleasant and on race day at 1880 Andell Bluff Blvd, Johns Island from 6:30 -7:45 am.
