Seabrook Island Turtle Patrol celebrated the discovery of its first turtle nest of the season on Tuesday, May 10. It was found by volunteers Lynda Zegers, Lori Porwoll, Francie Segal, Pam Silvestrini, and Ruby Jenkins and is located north of Boardwalk 1 about halfway to the bird nesting area. The nest was left in situ.
