There are a number of interesting workshops and tours on the calendar this month and in February at the Charleston Museum. The museum also includes two historic homes, the Joseph Manigault House and the Heyward-Washington House. Tours for both historic houses are on the half-hour from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 5:00 pm Sunday. Last tour of the day begins at 4:30 pm. The calendar of special events this month includes the following:

January 19* – Ale and Artifacts Happy Hour at Holy City Brewing
January 20 – Fossil Friday with the Natural History Department
January 26* – Special 250th Early Days Gallery Tour with Director Carl Borick
January 27 – Fossil Friday with the Natural History Department
