The second step of the Kuo Diedrich Chi (KDC) Master Planning Process, Focus Groups & Initial Engagement, has been completed. We want to thank all of the volunteers who participated in the focus groups.
The ideas and open communication were excellent in all 11 sessions. (See new FAQ #18 for a list of the focus groups and Ambassadors).
NEXT PROCESS STEP:
November 6 -8: KDC will hold an internal workshop where they will begin developing initial short, medium, and long-term concepts that will be refined over the next month. (Step 3 of the process).
My experience on a Master Plan focus group was a very positive one! Every participant in the Fitness/Lake House/Wellness group was passionate about their use of the Lake House and preserving and expanding offerings to Property Owners with a focus on healthy living.
