Living Authentically Workshop: What obstacles keep us from doing that? Join Kathy Maher, Family Constellation Facilitator, as we look at root causes of discomfort carried in our family lineages and attempt to actively begin healing what prevents us from living authentically. There are two workshop offerings:
• Option 1: Thursday, February 13 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm
• Option 2: Monday, February 24 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm

Due to the SIPOA Arts & Crafts Show and Annual Meeting, The Lake House Fitness Classes located in the Live Oak Hall will be canceled on the following days:

Semi-Private Series
Sign up now for the following Semi-Private classes. For more information about the Semi-Private series and detailed descriptions of the individual classes, click here.

  • Yin Yoga – Tuesdays at 5:15 pm. February series: February 4 and 18. March series: March 11, 18 and 25.
  • Chair Yoga – Wednesdays at 2:30 pm. February series: February 5, 12 and 19. March series: March 12, 19 and 26.
  • Yoga Workshop: Yoga is Not Intimidating – Tuesdays, January 21 and 28 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm
  • All Over Fit – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30 am. January series: January 3 – 31. February series: February 3 – 28.
  • Power Animal: Vision Board Workshop – Thursday, February 20 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
  • Masters Swimming Series (Indoor Pool) – Twice a week from 9:15 – 10:15 am on February 18, 20, 24, 26, March 3, 5, 11, 14. Nick Olsen will be coaching this series. Click here to read his biography.

The outdoor pools are not heated. The regular outdoor pool hours are:

  • Monday through Friday from 9:15 am – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm

Please bring a towel with you. Pool towels are not provided. Amenity Cards are required to access The Lake House.
