The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA) has put together a plethora of events for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Below is a list of the activities – click on the image above for more details and to register for some of the events.
- Annual Turkey Trot -Thursday, November 27, at 8:00 am, just over 5k around Seabrook Island. Online registration opens at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 25, or you can register in person at the Lake House on Wednesday, November 26, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, or on Thursday, November 27, from 7:15 am until 7:45 pm. Event shirt deadline is November 3, 2025.
- Youth Fishing Tournament – Friday, November 28, at 9:00 am. This event is for participants 12 years of age and under. Limited spots are available. Online registration opens at 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 27.
- Holiday Market – Friday, November 28, from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm. This event is hosted by The Seabrook Island Artist Guild and SIPOA and benefits St. John’s High School and Haut Gap Middle School Art Departments.
- Holiday Parade -Friday, November 28, at 3:30 pm. Holiday-themed decorated cars, trucks, and LSVs are encouraged (no bikes). Gather at the Lake House by 3:00 pm. No water balloons allowed at this event, and please do not throw candy from the vehicles.
- Holiday Tree Lighting – Friday, November 28, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Enjoy hot chocolate, wine, live music, and holiday cheer! The Seabrook Island Food Truck will be on site.
