Semi-Private Series

- Classic Mat Pilates – Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 am from March 30 to April 22 at Oyster Catcher. This progressive mat-based class will begin with the foundational exercises of the Classical Pilates system, making it perfect for beginners and welcoming to all men and women, with plenty of opportunity to grow and advance over time. No prior experience needed – just come ready to move and learn. Please bring your own mat, as they are not available at Oyster Catcher.
- Chair Yoga – Wednesdays at 2:30 pm. The February series meets from February 4 to 25. The March series meets from March 4 to 25. The April series meets from April 1 to 29.
- Yin Yoga – Tuesdays at 5:15 pm. The February series meets from February 3 to 24. The March series meets from March 3 to 31. The April series meets from April 7 to 28.
- Yoga for Bone Health – Mondays at 11:00 am from March 2 to March 30.
