Lake House Fitness Class “Core and More” Day Change

After some discussion from Property Owners, the instructor has decided to move  the new “Core and More” class from Thursday to Friday.

This is the new Fitness Class that was originally scheduled for Thursdays and  will now be held every Friday starting November 6, 2015.

The goal of this class is to improve strength and stability of the abdominal and back. While the main focus is the core muscles, it also includes cardio and strength exercises. Achieve total body conditioning using a variety of equipment with challenges for all levels.

Join Michelle Peterson for CORE AND MORE on FRIDAY at 8:15 AM beginning November 6th.
